In 1998, Mary Jo Gilsdorf became involved with the construction industry and came to know it from the ground up. She incorporates this hands-on industry knowledge into her construction law and alternative dispute resolution practice of arbitration and mediation. In 2014, Gilsdorf Law, LLC, opened to provide legal services to contractors, homeowners and other members of the construction team. From that point, her practice grew and now focuses upon Alternative Dispute Resolution, primarily in the construction field but also serving on commercial cases.
